About the MSCWMO

Located in the east-central part of Washington County in Minnesota, the Middle St. Croix Watershed Management Organization (MSCWMO) works with its board of managers to cooperatively manage the water resources of the watershed.

The member communities that make up the MSCWMO are the City of Afton, City of Bayport, City of Lake St. Croix Beach, City of Lakeland, City of St. Mary's Point, City of Lakeland Shores, City of Oak Park Heights, West Lakeland Township, Baytown Township and the City of Stillwater.

The MSCWMO Board meetings occur on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Washington Conservation District Office. Agendas are typically available 1 week before the meeting on this site.
