Watershed Plan

A watershed plan is not only required by Minnesota statute and rule for a joint powers watershed management organization; it also contains the goals, objectives, and directions for the organization. The MSCWMO's Watershed Plan was completed in May 2006. The plan prioritizes the water-related issues within the watershed, such as regulation, protection, and education as well as the implement change on these issues.
