2021 secured grant funding

The MSCWMO has secured funding from the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources for water quality improvement projects prioritized in the Lake St. Croix Direct Discharge Subwatershed Analysis.  Project dollars are provided by the Clean Water Fund (from the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment). 2021 funded projects:

  • Lake St. Croix Small Communities Urban Phosphorus Reductions Phase II- $158,000

2020 secured grant funding

The MSCWMO has secured funding from the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources for water quality improvement projects prioritized in the Lily Lake Stormwater Retrofit Feasibility and Design to Achieve State Water Quality Standards.  Project dollars are provided by the Clean Water Fund (from the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment). This grant will provide funding for construction of a large regional filtration basin and an in lake alum treatment. Grant award amount is $513,500

2017 Secured Grant Funding

The MSCWMO has secured funding from the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources for water quality improvement projects. Project dollars are provided by the Clean Water Fund (from the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment). 2017 funded projects:

  • Lily Lake Stormwater Retrofit Feasibility and Design to Achieve State Water Quality Standards – $58,000
  • Perro Creek Urban Stormwater Quality Improvements – $63,000
