Cost-Share Program

The Middle St. Croix Watershed Management Organization, MSCWMO offers small cost-share grants to residents living within the MSCWMO. Typically, the Watershed Management Organization, WMO provides funding to approximately 10 residents per year. Most funded projects include lakeshore plantings, raingarden installation, habitat restoration, or agricultural water quality improvement projects.

Project proposals are reviewed on a monthly basis by the MSCWMO board of managers and qualifying projects are funded first come first serve. The MSCWMO partners with the Washington Conservation District for design and installation assistance.
